so it has come to an end. my harry potter days are over. the first time i read HP was listening on tape in the jetta on the way to my lifeguarding job before college. ah, and here we are 7 years later and it's done. i just shut the last page of the last book. i will not give away anything that has happened. but i am excited to watch my own children devour them one by one and being able to talk about them together; and admit that i have cried numerous times in almost every book. and hope that these books will put into them a lifelong desire to read great novels.

i think we finished at the same time! i read the first one at sarah huntsman's house in enterprise the summer after i got back from my mission. where did the time go?
I'm glad I'm not the only person who finished the book viritually hours after it came it out! But wasn't it fantastic! I'm listening to the audiobook right now with Jordan and its like a whole new experience because I'm catching a few things that I didn't when I read it because I was so wrapped up with what was happening!
Isn't it so sad it's all over? I mean, in a way it's a little relieving knowing that "all is well" (the last lines) but I get so into the story that I feel like the characters are my friends and family, too! I thought she did a great job, though, and loved the ending. I hope ours kids will love them like we loved them and be as excited about reading books as they've made countless other children!
