nutcracker part deux
this is our second year attending the nutcracker (i know, totally spoiled by my mom) on a mommy/daughter date. this year we opted to drive an hour to salt lake to see ballet west's version. so very worth it.

No, we didn't end up making your grandma's apple pie recipe. Maybe next year. Wait, we make pies throughout the year so we will try it one of these days I am sure!

So fun!! We wanted to take the kids this year, but even the cheap seats were WAY out of our price-range. We'll have to save up for next year!
That looks like soooo much fun. Annie, you are great mom. I loved it when mom took us to see it at Carnegie Hall in Pittsburg.
I just went to that this Saturday and I thought of you the whole time. I am amazed at the skill of a ballerina. Someday I hope Bethany and Madeline will be able to take ballet.
